Initialement, la Fondation culturelle francophone de Londres (FCFL) s’était fixé pour mission de promouvoir et d’améliorer l’accès du public francophone auprès des institutions culturelles londoniennes, et d’aider ces institutions à attirer plus de visiteurs francophones. Compte-tenu des difficultés liées au brexit, à la pandémie et aux crises qui en résultent, le projet se limite pour l’instant au développement du présent site internet, devenu une véritable plate-forme numérique au service des liens historiques et culturels entre le Royaume-Uni et les pays francophones.

Initially, the purpose of the French-speaking Cultural Foundation of London was to promote and to improve the access to London cultural institutions for the French-speakers, and to help these institutions to attract more French-speaking visitors. Because of the many problems resulting from the Brexit and the pandemic, this project is currently limited to this website. It is now an ambitious digital platform to highlight historical and cultural links between the United-Kingdom and French-speaking countries.
